Hardik Patel is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has successfully completed Certificate Course on Service Tax held by ICAI in 2015, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks held by ICAI in 2016 and Certificate Course on Goods & Service Tax (GST) held by ICAI in 2018.

Hardik has more the 12 years’ experience in Indirect Tax Advisory & Litigation Matters Including Assessments, Appeals, Indirect Tax Advisory in Cross Border Transactions including Foreign Trade Policies, Corporate Law Audits & Advisory. He has extensive knowledge of Indirect Tax laws, especially GST, and he has extensive work experience of 12 years in Indirect Tax Matters and Appeals / Litigations.

Hardik was a Chairman of Anand Branch of WIRC of ICAI in 2021, Co-Opted member in Valuation committee of WIRC of ICAI in 2022 and Co-Opted member in IBC committee (New Delhi) of ICAI in 2023. He has been a regular speaker & trainer on various topics on Indirect taxes at various ICAI Platforms and at various colleges.

Hardik is a religious person and firm believer of “Ambe Maa” and has a funny and laughing nature.
