Dr. Amit Rajput, is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ph.D. on Corporate Governance from Sardar Patel University. He has successfully completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks held by ICAI in 2016 and Certificate Course on Goods & Service Tax (GST) held by ICAI in 2018.

Amit has more the 10 years’ experience in Internal and Statutory Audit of various Companies, Government Bodies, Public Sector Banks, Co-Operative Societies, & Trusts. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of Internal and Statutory Audits, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) Registrations, Trust 12A Registrations etc and he has extensive work experience of 10 years of all types of audits of Listed Companies, Govt Companies, Banks, Co-Operatives Sugar Factories, Hospitals and Trusts.
